Buenavista means "Beautiful View" in Spanish and it stands for the unobstructed wide view of the water and the sailing harbor. The name also recalls the legendary album of Cuban music as a symbol of serenity, relaxation and is the ideal retreat for your stay.
The Apartment
is located in the vacation apartment complex "Hafenidyll", which was completed in 2003. The vacation complex is located, according to the name, at the fishing and yacht harbor Karlshagen directly between the towns of Peenemünde and Trassenheide, on the quieter and more familiar part of the island of Usedom.
The comfortable apartment was freshly renovated in 2022 and is located on the 1st floor. It extends over 2 floors and is ideally suited for 4 people (+2 on request). The view from the balcony of the harbor and the Peene River between the mainland and the island of Usedom is a pleasure at any time of day.
The apartment has a central heating system and highspeed internet. The living space of about 69 m² is distributed over 2 floors with a large living room including the eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 large balconies facing the harbor. The apartment includes a parking space in the courtyard of the resort, from which the access to the apartment is located.
Living room
When you enter the living room, you are relaxed from the first moment, because it is designed so inviting and cozy. Chilling on the sofa, playing, reading and watching movies, all this is more fun together. For feel-good moments and coziness, a soft wool blanket. The candlelight makes cozy moments even a little more festive and lifts the mood again even on vacation.
Balcony room
The room name is inspired by the famous painting by Adolph von Menzel. The room is flooded with subtle light all day long and has a comfortable bed of 160 cm. This room is intended as a parents' room. It offers a place for coziness and for vacation dreams. The attached balcony with its open view of the marina is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset.
Children's room
Only by definition it is called children's room. Of course, all other guests can call the room theirs. One advantage of the room is that it can be properly darkened. First of all, the bed in size 180 cm is very comfortable. A small desk provides space for creative activity and the bookworm will find a nice light close to the bed.
Kitchen-living room
A kitchen is still so much more than just a functional place for cooking. Get inspired by our idea of an open living kitchen and cool loft atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and has enough space for all your simple or more sophisticated vacation cooking ideas.
The TV is placed above the dining table to save space and when it is turned off, a gallery mode starts with beautiful and atmospheric self-created picture collections.
